The Sites at this Resort are owned, not rented, however the Co-Owners may rent their Site on an individual basis, and all amenities are available to the renters.

Lot & 45′ Park Model

We are excited to be renting out Izzy’s Pad, lovingly named after our daughter, for weekly+ vacation rentals (minimum 7 nights) from Spring Break to Thanksgiving annually.

Izzy’s pad is a spacious, newly renovated pet-free park model trailer that sleeps four.

There are two outside seating areas, one dining with gas barbeque and the other a sitting area with the fire table.

A beautiful lot backing onto large play park and family pool. Close to the adult pool / family clubhouse, pickle ball / tennis courts nearby.

We provide a Keurig, coffee maker, all kitchen utensils and basic cookware.

Just bring your own bedding/pillows and towels and your personals.

Pet fee of $25.00 /night, with a $100.00 damage deposit.

There is a park administrative fee of $25.00 non refundable paid at time of booking.
