Caravans West

Caravans West truly is a resort for all seasons. It is a place to live, play, and enjoy. We offer a spacious, beautiful landscape where people of all ages and stages of life can come to be active, to rest, to be social or to be private.

We are a shared-interest RV Resort with 382 sites. Each site is individually landscaped and reflects the unique interest of the Co-Owner. Amenities include swimming pools, hot tubs, access to the beach, use of the Gym, coin operated laundry and showers, communal Fire Pits, Children’s Playground and Splashpark, and courts for pickle ball, basketball, tennis, and volleyball.

The Family Clubhouse has TV, a pool table, ping-pong table, toddlers’ room, games room, Library, kitchen and living room area, showers, washrooms and a laundromat.  The Adult Clubhouse has TV, shuffleboard, a dart board, a pool table, kitchen, living room gathering area, and washrooms.

Furthermore, we have some very active groups with a variety of interests including a pickle ball league, woodworking shop, quilting group, and music group. Our Social Club volunteers their time to coordinate activities such as dinners, pancake breakfasts, ice cream nights, parades and more.

This gated community has its own water system, and wastewater system.  Staff maintain the roads, common area grounds, park buildings and amenities.

Shopping, restaurants, beaches, bike and hiking trails all within walking distance!

Golf, Marina, Water Rafting, Ziplining, Wineries all within a short drive!
